CSR is a core concern for WALCO®. Adhering to all regulatory requirements, WALCO® directs its very best efforts to enhancing customer satisfaction. WALCO® is committed to improving the safety of its customers' operators, as well as improving their productivity and the quality of their products. As a large international group, we also attach great importance to human resources and environmental protection. Find out below about the CSR priorities for which WALCO® works on a daily basis.
Safety at work
Every year, WALCO® endeavors to promote workplace safety by organizing a Safety Day. The safety day provides an opportunity to train, inform and prevent the various risks linked to the company’s activities. It prepares employees for the different safety problems and risks they might encounter during their daily work. But our actions are not limited to this event!
The Safety Day is in fact part of a long-term awareness strategy. The training, along with implementation of an awareness campaign, panels and other communication programs have paid off and today WALCO® can be proud of achieving its target: zero accidents in 2018 in all three WALCO® plants. Our goal is to maintain this result in the coming years, and we are well on our way to achieving just that!
Customer satisfaction is a priority for us. For our customers, this means:
