Laminators : Metals
WALCO® industrial laminators are dedicated to the bare metal industry using materials such as stainless steel, aluminum or zinc, and to the precoated metal industry: coil coaters, service centers and composite panel producers, for example.
WALCO® laminators can apply low- to very high-adhesion protective films for both coil or sheet-by-sheet processes on all flat surfaces.
Bare metals:
WALCO® industrial laminators apply protective films for totally safe passage through special processes such as: Cutting, Laser cutting, Slitting, Embossing, Bending, Roll forming, Welding and deep drawing.
WALCO® also supplies laminators able to apply protective films to the whole metal sheet or keep the edges free of film, in one or more pieces.
Precoated metals:
WALCO® meets the needs of the precoated metal industry, supplying laminators designed for coil coating, powder coating and sandwich panel lines, aluminum composite panel lines, profiling and accessory fabrication lines.
The lamination quality provided by WALCO® equipment makes it possible to obtain totally protected end products such as: Cladding, panels, Sandwich panels, Garage doors, Roof tiles, Accessories, Painted gutters.
